We offer primary care psychological therapy services for the common mental health problems of depression and the anxiety disorders. It's an NHS funded contract so treatment is free. The evidence based therapy approaches include Stress Buster and Mindfulness groups, online mood management therapy, and CBT. We also offer groups for mums with postnatal depression, Adult Aspergers Assessment and a Suicide Liaison Service for bereaved families.
