The Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Workplace Health Award, launched in 2010, is a county standard of good practice and a quality mark of health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The award is a flexible framework that can be adapted to the needs of each business. There are 3 levels to the award, Bronze, Silver & Gold. We also have an additonal award - The Mentor Award - which encourage buinesses to share their good practice, what worked well and any barriers or difficulties.
The programme won a National Royal Society of Public Health - Health & Wellbeing Award in October 2014 and has the support of Dame Carol Black, National Expert in Work & Health.

The programme offers a wide range of free opportunities at your workplace such as the NHS Health Checks, Stop smoking support, healthy weight advice and support, low back pain workshops, mental health awareness workshop and two stress in the workplace courses, one designed for all staff, one designed for managers - plus much more!
